Introduction

KENZ'UP enables your customers to earn cashback on sales in your stores. A single cashback rate is set per store for all purchases in each given store. Customers will earn points after a successful purchase. For example, if a customer purchases an item worth 100 Dhs at a store with 3% cashback, they will receive 3 additional points.

A network of shops take part in the KENZ'UP platform. These shops allow customers to earn cashback for their purchases as well as burn points collected through the KENZ'UP cashback program. To earn and burn points, customers will be scanning secure QR codes that can appear on tills or on receipts. The KENZ'UP app also allows customers to pay with bank cards or mobile wallets. This process also involves the customers to scan a QR code shown on the till or terminal.

Terminology

  • Customer: a customer of a store
  • KENZ'UP platform: a wide network of stores at which you can earn and burn points
  • Shop: a specific shop at a single physical location that takes part in the KENZ'UP platform
  • Order: a completed purchase (eg. a purchase of an item at a given shop)
  • Cashback rate: a percentage of cashback customers will receive upon successful sales at a shop
  • Earning points: the process of accumulating points due to cashback after a successful sale at a partnering shop
  • Burning points: using KENZ'UP points to buy goods or services at a partnering shop
